She furiously hit back at the heckler from the stage, fuming: 'Are you f****** stupid? Don’t be so f****** ridiculous. If you have nothing nice to say, shut up, all right?'
However, a new clip that has emerged proves Adele misheard and 'Pride sucks' isn't what the audience member actually said.
In a longer TikTok video, taken from a different angleat Caesars Palace, the heckler is heard shouting 'Works sucks' - which Adele misheard.

During the start of the show, Adele was sharing her current busy work schedule just moments before the alleged comment was made.
She said: 'Friday is basically the beginning of my week because that's when I work, basically.'
After hearing the video, fans took to the comments to defend the heckler after he was brutally attacked.
Some wrote: 'Hate to defend a man but the guy was somewhere behind me and he said 'work sucks' not 'Pride sucks'.'

Adele has many LGBTQ+ fans and has shown her support for the community on many occasions.
