The Antisis Gym is the official Gym of Antisis City. It is based on Fighting-type Pokémon. The Gym Leader is Big Mo. Trainers who defeat him receive the Ring Badge.
Antisis City's Gym is completely lacking in any complex structure, mostly being comprised of only three rooms: the entrance, which only contains a flight of stairs leading down below, a room with a narrow walkway over sewer runoff. along with one Porygon at the start for a player to change their party, and finally the Gym Leader's room. Even the Gym Leader's room is just as dirty as the rest of the city, with litter across the floor and a blue dumpster off to the side.
After the events of the main game, this Gym has been reworked into a new battle facility known as the Antisis Ring Challenge. Here, players enter with a party of three Pokémon, and every battle must choose only one for a 1-v-1 showdown with their opponent's chosen Pokémon. Every victory earns you BP.
Gym Puzzle
This Gym has no puzzle. Instead, Trainers must choose one Pokémon in their party, deposit all their other party Pokémon, and defeat three Trainers in a row with that Pokémon, fully healed in between battles. Flying, Psychic and Fairy type moves cannot be used in these battles, not even moves that change into these types by other means (such as Sylveon's Pixelate turning a Normal-type move into a Fairy-type).
Gym Gimmick
In this fight, the weight of a Pokémon as shown in their Pokédex entries is treated as their base Speed. Depending on difficulty, there may also be other restrictions to moves and abilities, such as not being allowed to use Fairy-type moves, or not being allowed to use priority abilities such as Grass Dash or Gale Wings.
On Vanilla difficulty, the game checks whether if the party has any Pokémon that know Flying, Psychic, or Fairy moves, and whichever type appears the most often in the moves that the player's Pokémon knows will be banned from being used against the Gym Leader. In the event of a tie, the game will prioritise banning Flying, then Psychic, then Fairy moves, in that order.
On Difficult difficulty, Abilities that grant increased priority to moves, such as Gale Wings, cannot be used. Attacks of all types are allowed.
On Expert and Insane, Fairy-type moves, and Abilities that grant increased priority to moves, cannot be used against the Gym Leader.
Trainers with a Vs. Seeker by their names, when alerted for a rematch using the item, may use higher-level Pokémon. These stats are accurate according to Vanilla difficulty. Levels, evolutions and movesets may change with Level Scaling on higher difficulties.
The Gym Leader's room in Antisis City is the Leader's room that cannot be revisited during the Post Game, as by this point, the Ring Challenge has been established.
Obedience. Crescent Gym is the eighth and final Gym that the player must face. The Gym resides inside the remains of a wrecked ship, located at Crescent Town. As the Gym entrance is in water, HM3 Surf is required to enter this Gym.
Viridian Gym will only be unlocked when all 7 gym badges of Kanto are collected. Spin tiles (arrows on the floor tiles that lead you to the direction shown once you step on that tile) are present but these are not activated in the game so they can be treated as normal floor tiles instead.
