Six easy exercises for women to do at home

Exercises can help women maintain bone health and counter hormonal fluctuations. 40 minutes of exercise at home can enhance physical and mental health in women
Exercising for at least 40 minutes every day can help women boost their immunity and counter hormonal fluctuations caused by monthly periods and menopausal transitions. Any exercise that increases the basal metabolic rate (BMR) cannot be equated with household chores unless they are physically exerting, say experts.
When women exercise regularly to increase their BMR, it helps prevent age-related hormonal issues such as insulin resistance and balance cortisol levels. It also helps in enhancing mental health and regulating bone health for better absorption of calcium, vitamin D, and other essential minerals from food. These exercises can be practiced in the comfort of their homes. To know more about these exercises, read more.
