The Company's operations are organized into five business segments: Refining and Supply, Retail Marketing, Logistics, Chemicals and co*ke. The professional services group consists of a number of staff functions. In April 2010, Sunoco, Inc. sold its subsidiary Sunoco Chemicals, Inc.
